Open Position: Part-Time Content Coordinator

Location: Remote / Honest Digital (Location based in Central Indiana is a bonus)
Reports To: Digital Marketing Manager
Schedule: Part-Time (approx. 10-15 hours per week)

Honest Digital is an independently-owned/operated digital marketing agency committed to helping small to medium-sized businesses and brands build and engage community. We primarily serve clients in professional service, government, and hospitality industries. 

Position Summary

We are seeking a creative, organized, and self-motivated Part-Time Content Coordinator to support our team in planning, creating, and publishing digital content for our clients.  This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, social media, and learning the ins and outs of content operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning editorial calendars and content schedules.

  • Draft, edit, and format written content for blogs, social posts, newsletters, and website pages.

  • Upload and schedule content using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot).

  • Monitor and respond to audience engagement on social media channels.

  • Support content performance tracking — compile basic metrics and weekly reports.

  • Coordinate with designers, videographers, and external contributors as needed.

  • Ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand messaging.

  • Complete administrative tasks supporting the content team.

Qualifications Required

  • Excellent writing and editing skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar productivity tools.
